Hemp, flax, linen, and jute have been known for a long time, and now new materials like pineapple or nettle fibers are being introduced to nonwovens. Each fiber brings its own advantages, and in blends with other fibers, a wide range of functional profiles can be created for specific cleaning tasks.
Disposable cleaning wipes are often criticized for their short lifespan, but they are convenient for on-the-go use and a hygienic alternative in situations where there is no access to clean water. Unconventional natural fibers offer both ecological and practical benefits that cotton often cannot provide due to high water consumption and pesticide use during cultivation.

While the TBL-BO bale opener ensures accurate fiber blending, the TBL-FO fine opener and the TWF-NCR natural fiber carding machine are designed to gently process fibers of varying lengths. Our Clean Concept minimizes the risk of fiber accumulation and migration into the machine's interior, thus ensuring a long machine lifespan.
For minimal energy consumption, the water jet bonding with the AquaJet and the efficient drying process are perfectly synchronized.
