For this purpose, we take extensive measures in the area of energy management, in the procurement of green heating/cooling as well as green power and in the area of mobility and logistics.

*Implies climate neutrality in scope 1 emissions, i.e. with regard to direct CO₂ emissions emitted by Trützschler (e.g. by natural gas or heating oil) and in scope 2 emissions, i.e. with regard to indirect CO₂ emissions emitted by electricity consumption or the power generator. Unavoidable CO₂ emissions from scope 1 and 2 are offset. In scope 3 emissions, Trützschler considers CO₂ emissions for air travel, commuting of employees, purchased metals and indirect technical gases and aims for a reduction of 10 %. Trützschler refers to the emission scopes of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol.
