To be aware of the needs of our customers and to provide them with advanced solutions has been at the core of our DNA since the company was founded in 1888.
Safeguarding these values and the further development of the Trützschler Group SE is the focus of the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board has a total of five full members, three of whom are non-family members who contribute external experience in addition to the chief spokespersons. Dr.-Ing. Roland Münch (Chairman of the Supervisory Board as of January 2021) and Mr. Martin Stillger have been full members of the Supervisory Board since July 2020. Dr. rer. pol. Christian Holzherr (Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board) has been a member of the Supervisory Board since January 2021.
Against the background of the upcoming generational transition in our company, two successors from the fifth generation of shareholders, Charlotte Fontaine and Florian Schürenkrämer, have taken over the function of Deputy Chief Spokesperson. As guests, they regularly participate in the meetings of the Supervisory Board and are thus trained in the various supervisory board topics and tasks as future delegates of the shareholders.
For our customers and employees this means: The culture of our independent family business is preserved.
