Charlotte Fontaine completed her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. She then obtained a master's degree from the French business school ESCP, with placements in London and Paris. At the beginning of 2017, Charlotte Fontaine started her professional career as a management consultant at the strategy consultancy Stern Stewart & Co. in Munich. As part of her role, she expanded her operational knowledge and gained leadership experience as a project manager. In 2018, Charlotte Fontaine took on the role of Deputy Spokesperson for the Hans Trützschler family. She completed a one-year mentoring program studying the group-wide business and product areas in greater depth during 2019. She has been a member of the Trützschler Group SE Shareholders' Committee since 2021. In January 2025, Ms. Charlotte Fontaine took over the role of delegated spokesperson of the Hans Trützschler family and member of the Supervisory Board of Trützschler Group SE, succeeding Mr. Heinrich Trützschler. She has been married since 2021 and has three children.

After completing his A-levels in 2009, Florian Schürenkrämer studied Web Design and Development at the SAE in Cologne and also studied Business Administration at the University of Witten/Herdecke, graduating with a bachelor's degree in both subjects. He then worked at it Works GmbH in Düsseldorf until the middle of 2018, where his last position was Head of Digital Concepts. His next role involved supporting companies in the areas of process optimization, digitalization and cyber security. At the same time, he completed a “Studium Individuale” with a focus on digital transformation. He supplemented these studies with a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Graduate Campus Aalen in 2023. Back in 2004, Florian Schürenkrämer gained his first professional insights into the Trützschler Group SE by completing an internship in the apprentice workshop, followed by a year of work in various departments at the company. As part of his bachelor thesis on the optimization of obsolescence processes at Trützschler, he worked on project-related topics within the company's foreign subsidiaries. He visited customers together with Trützschler representatives and regularly attends the ITMA. Since 2013, he has attended meetings of the Advisory Board and Supervisory Board as a guest. In 2018, he became Deputy Spokesperson of the Hermann Trützschler family. He completed a mentoring program specifically tailored to the company during 2019. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Shareholder Committee of the Trützschler Group SE. In January 2025, Mr. Florian Schürenkrämer succeeded his father Dr. Michael Schürenkrämer as delegated spokesperson of the Hermann Trützschler family and member of the Supervisory Board of Trützschler Group SE.
