Florian Rück began his professional career at a large auditing firm, where he focused on consultation for M&A transactions and company valuations. In 2009, he successfully passed his accountancy exams. He then joined the GEA Group in 2013, where he initially worked in Corporate Development and led various transformation projects. He took leadership roles within the Finance organization at GEA Group and most recently served as CFO for the group's global Business Area Solutions. He was also responsible for the group's local Finance organizations in Asia and Africa, as well as Western and Northern Europe. Mr. Rück served as CFO of the Adecco Group in Germany from 2020 until November 2024, when he was appointed to the Board of Trützschler Group. He is now responsible for Finance, Controlling and Human Resources in his role as CFO.

Heinrich Krull is a graduate engineer in production technology and management. He began his professional career in 2007 as Purchasing Manager and International Manufacturing Coordinator at the mechanical engineering company HF Mixing-Group. He became the company’s Branch Managing Director for the production site in Eastern Europe in 2012. Mr. Krull was appointed to the role of Authorized Representative and Division Manager for Operations at the global supplier of tableting machines Romaco Kilian GmbH in Cologne in 2016. He then joined Trützschler Group SE in September 2020. He has held the position of COO since July 2022, and is responsible for the areas of Production, Purchasing and Logistics, Quality Assurance as well as Supply Chain.

The graduate industrial manager and textile business economist began his career in 1993 in the sales department for spinning installations of the Rieter Group. After working in Eastern European markets, especially Russia, he was appointed Managing Director and Sales Manager for several years at the branch office in São Paulo, Brazil, which was responsible for the Mercosur Economic Bloc. After his return to Europe in 2008, further management positions followed in the areas of marketing, product management as well as the management of the Rotor Spinning Business Unit. In 2017, Mr. Stampfer moved to the Nonwovens Business Unit of the Autefa Solutions Group, where he served as Regional Sales Director responsible for building new sales networks in South Asia and South America. In addition, he was responsible for setting up product management for the new Spunlace division. Mr. Stampfer joined Trützschler at the beginning of 2021 and is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Service in his function as a member of the Board of Directors (CSO) since January 2022.
